Step 1 : Let's Chat
Woohoo, you're getting married! Congratulations, This is one of the most important days of your life and you know that you need an awesome Photographer/Videographer to capture those incredible moments. Our goal is to make sure we are the perfect fit for you from the beginning. We are here to not only provide amazing images but also provide a relationship to make sure your wedding day is full of love and support! We got your back.
Step 2: Booked IN
Now we have decided that we are a good match, from there you select a package, we do up your invoice, contract and you need to pay the non-refundable date retainer fee to confirm your booking. Once that happens, we are locked and ready for your magical day! This means that you are officially an atomicbutterfly bride and groom and then the fun begins!
Step 3: Engagement Session
We lock in a date for your engamgent shoot, if you have added one to your package. We love doing engagement session to ensure you feel comfortable with us on the day of your wedding. We get together, grab a couple of pics and spend time getting to know each other so there isn't a random lady coming to take pictures of you on the most important day of your life!
STEP 4: PLANNING YOUR RUN SHEET
On your big day we will ensure that we cover all the photographs planned on our timeline, beginning with the Groom prep, Bride prep, getting dressed, all the way to getting them fun dancing shots of you and your guests and everything in between. 2 weeks out from your wedding, we get all the times/addresses and info we need to put our run sheet together. Step 5: Your wedding day
THE DAY IS HERE...... All of the planning has lead up to this moment and now its time to marry your best friend! Time for you to relax and enjoy the day! Lets get you married!
Your wedding day will move so quick so we will be there to capture all the memories for you to look back on for your lifetime! We will make sure we not only provide the posed must-haves of your day but also capture the raw and candid moments. We guarantee a sneak-peek to your images within 48 hours of your wedding on facebook and instagram and your full gallery within 6-8 weeks of your wedding! This will be an online gallery that you can share as much as you'd like! All the images are all yours! This is also the time you order the products that come in your collection.
It's truly our goal to capture your wedding day memories in the best light possible so that you can cherish these moments for a long time to come!
